Message	I'd keep looking, but between the two, I'd take the american Z. The upgrades do not quite make up for the price diff, but the mileage would be a factor for me. Of course, the little details matter. Are the wheels your favorites? What about maintenance, tires, clutch, 60k or 120k? It's amazing how the "feel" of the car will make or break it. Being with the seller, and the car, one senses things, like how the car was treated, if the seller is honest, etc.
